These Terms govern the use of the Number Verification service provided by Timble Technologies Inc. Please read them carefully before using any application, website or product that uses the Service.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the Number Verification service (the "Service") provided by Timble Technologies Inc. ("Timble", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using any application, website or product that uses the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
In order to provide the Service, Timble processes the following personal data: the mobile number provided by the user; the verification result; session identifiers, request identifiers and timestamps associated with each verification request; and the IP address and device or browser information (user agent) of the device making the request. Timble does not receive or request the name, address, identity documents or location of any mobile subscriber.
Personal data is processed on the basis of the user's consent. Before any verification is performed, the user is presented with a clear notice that their mobile number will be verified with their mobile network operator, and is asked to give consent. The user may withdraw consent at any time as described under "Your rights" below. Where consent is withdrawn, verification by means of the Service will not be performed.
Timble discloses personal data only to the extent necessary to perform the Service: to the user's mobile network operator, which performs the verification; to service providers engaged by Timble, which process data on our behalf and under our instructions; and to government or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law. Timble does not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use personal data collected through the Service for advertising or marketing purposes.
Personal data is processed in the United States and India. In the course of a verification request, personal data may be transferred between these two countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, Timble protects it through appropriate contractual, organizational and technical safeguards and in accordance with applicable law.
Timble does not store personal data processed through the Service. Personal data is used only for the duration of a verification request and is not retained by Timble once the verification result has been returned.
Timble maintains reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration and destruction. All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to systems, credentials and API keys is restricted to authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic processing is completely secure, and Timble cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your state of residence, including California, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal data is processed about you, the right to request deletion or correction of your personal data, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Timble does not sell or share personal data.
